Lesson 3.16.3 Year 3
This week we focus on one of the parts of speech,” Determiner or Determiners.”
Determiner is in English grammar a type of word that comes before a noun to interduce it and provide additional information about the quantity and proximity of the noun.
There are 50 different determiners in English Language. Some examples include (a,an,the) determinative, (this, that, these, those) Possessive determiners (My, your, our, their). Quantifies (few, a few, many, much, each, every, some, any)
Numbers (one, two, three) and ordinals.
The man is behaving so strangely.
You can have an apple.
Give me a glass of water, please!
Is this your book?
Yes, it is my book.
Those mangoes are rotten.
How much money do you need?
Few people were there?
Do you take shower every day?
