”Present perfect”.
useful video, as I understand from above video that the simple present tense is used to talk about routines for example, I take bath every day, he exercises daily, I go to bed at 10:pm, Sir sends us lessons regularly.
And present perfect tense is used to talk about events that have just completed for example, I have done my homework, he has signed the paper, Maria has washed the clothes, I have finished my chores.
