Famous Indian actor Dilip Kumar dies at 98
Dilip Kumar , one of Bollywood’s most famous actors has died . The Indian actor died Wednesday in hospital in Mumbai after long illness , he was 98 while known as the tragedy king. He played many serious roles ,in several movies ,the characters he played, died as a heartbroken lover or from too much alchol.

Dilip Kumar was an Inian acter,who’s career prolonged more than 60 years with over 60 films. Dilip Kumar was born as Mohammad Yusuf Khan on 11 December 1928 into a Hindko speaking Awan Muslim family at his family home in Qisa Khawani bazar in Peshawar. He changed his name as he began his work in Bollywood. His first film was Jawar Bhata,or Sea Tides in 1944.
Dilip Kumar was known as the,” Tragedy King” and as a Bollywood only Method acter. Method acting is a way of performing in which acters closely identify with the characters they play. Lot of his performances were very emotional. Kumar’s first major hits were, ” Jugnu or Firefly, in 1947and the 1948 film Shaheed or Martyre.He also severed the upper house of Indian parliament after being nominated for six years turn.
Kumar was very popular in Pakistan. in 1988, he was awarded Pakistan’s highest civilian honor. he is the only Indian citizen to receive it. India Prime minister said on his death. Dilip Kumar will be remembered as a cinematics legend, ”His death is a loss to our cultural word.”
