    ” Subject- verb agreement”
As I understand that subject-verb means that a subject and its verb must be both singular and both plural. A singular subject takes a singular verb. A plural subject takes a plural verb and always place the subject after the verb.

      ” Subject- verb agreement”
      – Subject-verb agreement is the grammatical rule that the verb or verbs in a sentence must match the number, person, and gender of the subject; in English, the verb needs to match just the number and sometimes the person.
      – Subjects and verbs must agree in number. In addition to the explanations on Subject Verb Agreement. If the subject is singular, the verb must be singular too.
      Ex: She writes every day.
Ex: They are currently in a managerial role at the organization.
      – If the subject is plural, the verb must also be plural.
      Example: They write every day.
      – Sometimes, however, it seems a bit more complicated than this.
Ex: The doctoral student and the committee members write every day.
Ex: The factories workers are working.
Ex: An assumption is something that is generally accepted as true and is an important consideration when conducting a doctoral study.
      – When a phrase comes between the subject and the verb, remember that the verb still agrees with the subject, not the noun or pronoun in the phrase following the subject of the sentence.
Ex: The student, as well as the committee members, is excited.
Ex: The student with all the master’s degrees is preferred.
Ex: The student or the committee members write every day.
Ex: The committee members or the student writes every day.
Ex: Each of the participants was willing to be recorded.
Ex: Neither alternative hypothesis was accepted.
      Thank you.
