You’ve probably heard the saying “enjoy the journey” or something similar. But how do you actually live your life so that you enjoy the journey? What do you need to do to really enjoy it? And what do you need to do to stop enjoying the journey?
It’s hard to enjoy the journey if you’re worrying about what’s going to happen next. It’s hard to enjoy the journey if you’re trying to force yourself to enjoy it. You might try to force yourself to smile when you don’t feel like smiling. You might try to force yourself to laugh when you don’t feel like laughing.
But what happens if you really, truly try to enjoy the journey?
What happens if you stop forcing yourself to enjoy it? What happens if you just let go and relax, and let the fun come naturally?
The first thing that happens is that you start to relax. And you realize that you can’t force yourself to relax, or to enjoy something. You can only choose to relax.
When you decide to relax, you begin to notice more things. You start to notice the colors of things that you were too busy to notice before. You start to notice the music that you weren’t listening to before. You start to notice the taste of things that you weren’t tasting before. You start to notice the smell of things that you weren’t smelling before.
And when you relax, you start to notice things that you weren’t even looking for before. You start to notice the beauty of things that you weren’t noticing before. You start to notice the joy in things that you weren’t feeling before.
And when you start to notice all these things, you start to smile.
So how do you enjoy the journey? How do you stop forcing yourself to enjoy the journey? How do you start relaxing and enjoying the journey?
The answer is simple. You let go of trying to enjoy it. You start to enjoy the journey. You stop forcing yourself to enjoy it. And you relax.

What do you need to do to really enjoy ? And what do you need to do to stop enjoying the journey (means the life) , you might try to force yourself to enjoy it. You might try to force your self to smile when you don’t feel like smiling .you might try to force yourself to laugh when you don’t feel like laughing.
The result is , firstly is that you start to relax , then you realize that you can’t force yourself to relax while you begin to notice more (music , color )and you start to notice the taste of things that you wearing before.

”How to Enjoy life”, in this regard, there are many ways to enjoy the journey of life. But it varies person to person and his circumstances of domestic life, country’s situation and many other things. Having said that, the first thing is that we start to relax and when you decide to relax, you begin to notice more things. As research shows that relaxation keeps your heart healthier, cuts stress, reduce tension, improve brain function and memory and helps you avoid depression.
beside this, smile, smile, smile, even if you don’t feel like smiling, do it any way, Keep company with good people, let go of comparison, count your blessings and practice gratitude.
