    How to live Better
    We all know we should eat healthy food and exercise, but how do we actually put it into practice
    1-start by tracking your calories.
    2- Drink more water.
    3-get more sleep.
    4- get outside ( may be during lunchtime).
    5-learn to cook.
    6- take your vitamins.
    7-reduce stress ( try breath thing exercises, yoga, medication , or even talking to a therapist about stress management.
    8- excuse.
    9- Don’t eat late.
    10- Quit smoking.
