He said people come to the town because there are good jobs and homes, and they are less costly than those in nearby Denver. But there is not enough water. Lisa Dilling is a water researcher and professor at the University of Colorado, thinks and worries that population growth and not enough water is a difficult problem to solve and where is the water going to come from.
