” Birds of Prey in Decline with Loss of Habitat”.
Birds of Prey, also known as raptor, are a group of Carnivorous birds that actively hunt and feed on other vertebrates, such as mammals, reptiles and other smaller birds.
Unfortunately, the population of bird’s prey is declining globally due to habitat loss, climate change and toxins in the environment. according to a research analysis of data from International Union for conservation of nature and birdlife Internationa 30% of 557 raptor species worldwide are considered near threanted, vulnerable or endangered. The study also found that 54% of threatened birds of prey are active mostly during a day, including most hawks, eagle and vultures were falling in in population. The golden eagle is the national bird of Mexico, but there are very few golden eagles left in Mexico.
the most common bird of prey in Pakistan is the,” Black Kit”(Milvus Migrants).
