When you start planning, you can also define what you don’t want. This will make it easier to avoid things that you don’t want in the future.
STEP 2: Think About the Process
Now that you’ve defined what you want, think about the process that gets you there. In other words, what steps do you need to take to get closer to your goal?
This is where you will find out what you need to do to achieve your goal.
STEP 3: Get Started Now
If you haven’t already started, start now. Set aside time to focus on your goal every day.
If you do this for just one week, you will see a marked improvement in your life.
STEP 4: Keep Going
There will be times when you feel like giving up. Don’t. Keep going and keep moving towards your goal.
