    Here are some things we can try to help us see the brighter side of life and by practicing them we can be more positive. Having faith in your own capabilities, when you believe in yourself you can overcome self-doubt and have them and gets things done confidence to take action. Be thankful for what you have. Stop being so selfish! Selfishness is not always bad. According can be healthy to experts, selfishness. Don’t be afraid to say No. Saying ”No” has not be a serious problem!
