STEP 2: Practice Gratitude
Practice gratitude by being thankful for everything that you already have in life. It is a way to build your self confidence and improve your mental health.
STEP 3: Start a Mindfulness Practice
Mindfulness is a practice that focuses on being aware of your thoughts and feelings. It is a way of living in the present moment and staying focused on what matters most in your life.
By practicing mindfulness you can become more aware of your emotions and learn to control them. It is a form of self-care that will help you to become a more positive person.
