    I think selfcare is important because taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health.
    Practice gratitude is about showing your heartfelt appreciations. We should show our appreciation to someone who did something nice for us.
    Practicing mindfulness is living in present moment, being more aware and awake to each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in ours’s surrounding.
