How to Be More Positive (Article 3)

You’re probably familiar with the idea of positive thinking. But how does it apply to real life?

This post will give you some quick tips on how to be more positive, and how to help others be more positive too.

STEP 1: Change Your Thinking

First, I want to stress that positive thinking is not about being fake or trying to pretend to be happy. This type of thinking is about changing your mindset from one that focuses on negative emotions, to one that focuses on positivity.

It’s really important to understand the difference between these two types of thinking.

Negative thinking is when we think negatively about things. This is the most common form of thinking. For example, I might think that I’m not going to make it in this business, or that I’m not going to get paid enough.

Positivity is the exact opposite. Positivity is when we think positively. It’s about looking for the good in situations instead of the bad.

For example, I might think that I’m going to make it in this business, or that I’m going to get paid enough.

STEP 2: Stop Thinking About What Others Think

The next thing we need to change is our relationship to other people. When we think negatively, we start to worry about what others think of us. We start to think about how we look to others, and what they’re thinking about us.

We start to think about what they’re thinking about us. And the worst part is that this thought process keeps going.

When we think negatively, we start to worry about what others think of us.

But here’s the thing. Nobody really knows what anyone else is thinking. There is only what you see and hear. So, why would you bother worrying about what others think?

STEP 3: Focus on What You Do Know

When we think positively, we don’t spend time thinking about what others think about us. Instead, we focus on what we know. We focus on what we can control, and on what we do know.

This is also the easiest way to start thinking positively. Simply by thinking about what you know, you’re already thinking positively.

STEP 4: Be Kind

Finally, we need to be kind. Not just to other people, but to ourselves too.

When we think negatively, we start to believe that we’re not worthy of the things that we want. We start to believe that we’re not good enough.

This is the most destructive form of thinking. It’s the reason so many people are depressed. It’s the reason so many people fail to achieve their goals.

When we’re kind to ourselves, we start to believe that we are worthy. We start to believe that we are good enough.

When we think positively, we’re also kind to other people. We’re kind to ourselves. And we start to feel a sense of peace.

So, how do you stop thinking negatively? It’s simple. You just need to stop thinking about what others think.

I went through the above article. As I understand positive thinking, or an optimistic is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. Positive thinking can have a big impact on our physical and mental health. some researchers have proposed that a positive mindset includes happiness, confidence, being in control, stability, motivation and optimism. We should focus on our strength, focus on our positive qualities. set meaningful goals. We should practice shifting our attention by intentionally but gently moving our mind away from negative thought, Afterall, we are humans, when we don’t get a healthy response from our positive attitude, we get frustrated and negative thoughts start to control our mind. if a negative thought enters in my mind, I think about things I am thankful for in my life and start prayers and makes, Duas from my Almighty Allah.
