To be more positive, you need to focus on the positive aspects of life. The first step is to make yourself aware of the positive things you experience every day.

STEP 2: Get Rid of Negativity

Negative thinking comes from fear. We’re afraid of losing something so we overthink the possible outcomes and end up avoiding the things we don’t want.

The key is to make a conscious decision to focus on the positive.

STEP 3: Do Something You Enjoy

The more you enjoy what you’re doing, the easier it is to stay positive. To make sure you’re enjoying what you’re doing, try to find a hobby or activity that you really love.

    when I wake up, I have clothes to wear. I have running water. I have food to eat. Life is Good and I thankful to God! When I notice that negative thoughts are creeping in, I try to reframe them in a more positive light. It took time eventually I found that thinking passively starts to come more naturally.Sorround yourself with positive people.
